New Blouse Design is a free idea book for anyone getting a blouse stitched. You will find back designs, sleeve patterns, neck shapes, blouses for silk, cotton and regional sarees, and looks for weddings, office days and festivals.
The designs here are created digitally by our team as reference pictures. They are meant to be shown to your tailor or boutique, saved for later, or used to compare a few ideas before you buy fabric. Real fabric, lining and fit will always look a little different from a picture, and a good tailor will adjust a design to your measurements.
What each design card tells you
- The fabric it suits best, such as silk, net, cotton or velvet.
- Where it works, for example daily wear, office, party or bridal.
- A tailor note: one practical line to pass on when you hand over the cloth, like the back neck depth, the lining or where the dori sits.
